SPARC serves individuals and families at various stages of settlement—from newcomers to established entrepreneurs—by delivering inclusive programs, events, and partnerships that promote social connection, economic opportunity, and civic engagement. Through arts, culture, recreation, and business-focused initiatives, SPARC provides accessible platforms that strengthen community participation, support small businesses, and foster cross-cultural understanding within the broader Canadian society.

SPARC’s mission is to enhance the well-being of the Filipino-Canadian community by:
Culture: Promoting heritage and creative expression within mainstream society.
Economy: Empowering entrepreneurs through visibility and development.
Leadership: Engaging youth and newcomers via culturally relevant mentorship.
Community: Strengthening resilience through bayanihan and collaborative partnerships.
Wellness: Delivering arts and recreational programs for social and physical health.
A resilient, inclusive, and well-connected Filipino-Canadian community that is actively engaged in cultural expression, economic participation, and civic life, while contributing meaningfully to Canada’s multicultural landscape.
